Official: Carlos Sainz goes to Dakar with Ford
Spanish champion will race with a Ford Raptor.

After winning the Dakar for the fourth time last year, Carlos Sainz will, at 62 years old, participate again and try to win the fifth title in the toughest rally in the world.
After winning the title with Audi in 2024, the Spanish driver joins Ford to fight for the title in 2025. Sainz will be part of a group of four drivers, which also includes another Spaniard: Nani Roma.
The 2024 Dakar Rally champion will be driving a Ford Raptor in the next edition of the rally.
"I am very excited about this new project. Working with Ford again and returning to M-Sport is very good. I am very excited to drive the Raptor and achieve many goals in this great challenge. One of them is to help Ford win the Dakar", assured Carlos Sainz.
