Meet the Adamastor Furia, the Portuguese supercar with more than 650 hp
It costs 1.6 million euros before tax and is limited to 60 exclusive units.

It is the first Portuguese supercar. The Adamastor Furia was made by a team composed mainly of Portuguese professionals and the production of 60 units of this high-performance vehicle will take place in Perafita, Matosinhos.
Presented for the first time to the public at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Center, the Adamastor Furia was revealed in its road version, but will soon have an exclusive version for track use.
Of the 60 units, each will cost something like 1.6 million euros before taxes. Does it seem like a lot at first glance? Maybe, but when compared to other supercars, we see that the Portuguese manufacturer did not exceed the amount requested.
The arguments? Let's go to the stratospheric numbers of the Furia. This model is equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 biturbo engine from Ford Performance, and is capable of producing more than 650 hp of power and 571 Nm of maximum torque. 100 km/h can be reached in just 3.5 seconds and the maximum speed exceeds 300 km/h.
The work with aerodynamics was one of the great concerns of the engineers and the truth is that the final product achieved is noteworthy. The road Furia has 1,000 kg of downforce at 250 km/h, while the track version declares 1,800 kg at the same speed. It is worth remembering that its weight is 1,050 kg (dry).
It is also important to note that the Furia's drag coefficient is, according to Adamastor, better than a 2021 Formula 1 single-seater.
"Adamastor's business plan foresees the delivery of two road cars and two more in the competition version by 2025", reveals Adamastor's CEO, Ricardo Quintas.
