Cupra Tavascan officially launched with 340 hp. Arrives later this year
Launch in Portugal scheduled for September.

The Cupra Tavascan was officially presented this Monday. Developed from the prototype presented in 2019, the SUV coupé is the second purely electric model from the Spanish brand.
Available in Portugal from September this year, the Tavascan will be available with two power levels: 210 kW (286 hp) and 250 kW (340 hp). The most powerful version has two electric motors and all-wheel drive.
Equipped with a 77 kWh battery with usable capacity, the 286 hp version is the one that offers the greatest autonomy - around 568 km.
The Cupra Tavascan features DCC Sport dynamic chassis technology, sports suspension and progressive steering, not forgetting the 21'' forged alloy wheels. Inside, the highlight is the infotainment system with a 15" screen, the largest ever in a Cupra model, which incorporates a newly designed Human Machine Interface (HMI) with backlit controls. In addition, the Tavascan also integrates a 12-speaker sound system from Sennheiser.
Designed and developed in Barcelona, the new SUV coupé from Cupra will be produced at the Volkswagen Group's Anhui factory in China.
