Skoda presents the first image of the new Elroq

Skoda has given us our first glimpse at the Elroq, an all-electric compact SUV that will be the first to adopt the brand's new design language.
The Skoda Elroq is set to make its global debut in autumn this year, and is the first of six new electric models planned by the Czech brand.
With a new split headlight design, the Elroq's slimmer upper section extends seamlessly into the flanks. Škoda lettering now features prominently on the bonnet, and the innovative Tech-Deck Face is a modern and distinctive reinterpretation of Škoda's traditional grille.
"At Škoda, design is an essential part of the brand's identity and a key factor in our success. The continuous development of our visual identity is a demanding but exciting task. This is why my team and I are particularly delighted to present the first Škoda model to incorporate our new 'Modern Solid' design language, such as the Tech-Deck Face and a more robust overall look. It is also the first car in our portfolio to bear the Škoda lettering on its bonnet," said Oliver Stefani, Head of Škoda Design.
