BMW Skytop was introduced and may replace the M8

It was at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este that BMW presented its latest prototype, the Skytop. Equipped with a 4.4 biturbo V8 engine with 625 hp, this model may become a substitute for the M8.
Inspired by the BMW Z8 and the 503 roadster, the Skytop has three doors, two seats and an "exterior designed to awaken the desire to travel", according to the brand.
With a front in the shape of a shark's nose, the rear appears in a retracted format. The color scheme ensures a smooth transition from the interior to the exterior, regardless of whether the roof is open or closed.
