About 10 days before Taylor Swift's debut in Portugal, which will bring the Eras Tour to the Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon, on May 24 and 25, complaints are piling up from swifties who still haven't had access to the tickets purchased in July of last year.

At the time, the ticket office clarified that the tickets would be "available through the See Tickets Wallet app approximately 14 days before the event date", information that is still available on the FAQ page dedicated to the American singer's shows.

The app, in turn, indicated that the tickets would be "available on 05/10/2024 at 10:00" or the following day, depending on the date of the event. However, on May 14, there were no tickets to be seen.

"I bought tickets for Taylor Swift's concert a year ago and so far I have no tickets at all for a concert that will take place in 10 days. The company has not issued any statement or clarified the mistake", reads one of the complaints filed this Tuesday on the Portal da Queixa.

Other restless fans claimed that the company "promises and does not deliver", since "no one has access to digital tickets on the app". "They are not even able to give a justification to customers. Terrible service!", lamented the user.

In some of these complaints, See Tickets assured that "the tickets will be available in the next few days", without providing further details.

In addition, several people reported that the companion ticket for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) was canceled, while others said they had not yet received the merchandising included in the purchase of VIP tickets, which ranged from 282.50 euros to 538.92 euros.

But this is not the first controversy associated with the sale of tickets for the Eras Tour. In November, dozens of fans saw their tickets canceled by See Tickets, allegedly without explanation.

In line with the emails received by the swifties, Last Tour, the promoter of the event in Portugal, assured Notícias ao Minuto that the cancellation was being applied in "some cases that exceeded the maximum number of purchases allowed of four tickets", and that "See Tickets [was] managing the operation with customers".

However, the problems started even before the tickets went on sale, with most fans considering the process to be "very stressful" and "disorganized", since both the concert map and the prices for the show were only released at the beginning of the official sale.

Notícias ao Minuto contacted both See Tickets and Last Tour and is awaiting a response as of the publication date of this news.

It is worth remembering that Taylor Swift will debut in Portugal on May 24 and 25, 2024, at the Estádio da Luz, accompanied by the band Paramore. According to See Tickets, doors open at 4:00 pm and the show, which will last about three hours, starts at 6:00 pm.

In addition to 45 songs from her 11 released albums, the artist has a habit of treating fans to other songs, usually acoustic. She has also been accompanied by guests with whom she has songs in common, including Phoebe Bridgers, Marcus Mumford, and even Ice Spice.
