Blasted Mechanism celebrates 30 years of career with concert in Lisbon
The band Blasted Mechanism will celebrate 30 years of career with a concert at Sala Tejo in the MEO Arena, in Lisbon, on April 12, 2025, the group announced today.

In April, the band had already unveiled a first 'single' from the album that will be released next year, also in the context of the 30th anniversary of the 'Atom Bride Theme' group.
In the concert announcement made today, even more news is promised for the future, "like unreleased rarities". Until then, the group has already scheduled a concert on July 13 of this year at the Alive festival, in Oeiras.
Blasted Mechanism emerged in 1995 on the Portuguese music scene, making their debut in the editions with the EP 'Balayashi', released this month on digital platforms.
The band is currently composed of Valdjiu, Guitshu, Fred Stone, Ary and Riic Wolf, having already undergone several changes in elements since the beginning.
With more than a dozen albums released, the band won a SIC/Caras Golden Globe for best Portuguese band, in 2006, was distinguished with three nominations for the MTV Best Portuguese Act, and a passage, in 2020, at the RTP da Canção Festival.
Among the various performances, it is worth mentioning their participation, in 2010, in the emblematic Glastonbury festival, in Somerset, England.
Tickets for the April 12, 2025 concert are already on sale, with prices ranging from 25 to 35 euros.
