"I'm in the best moment at FC Porto and maybe in my career"
Wendell says it is an "honour to reach" 100 games with the dragon on his chest.

Just four days after their 0-1 triumph in Guimarães, FC Porto will face Vitória SC again this Sunday, this time in a match counting for the 28th round of the I Liga, which could prove to be special for Wendell.
If he is used again by Sérgio Conceição, the Brazilian international will reach the 'round' mark of 100 official matches for the Dragons. A record that, he admits, comes at what is already one of the most productive phases of his entire career, at 30 years of age.
"It is an honour to reach this significant milestone at FC Porto, especially at this very special moment in my career," he began by saying, in statements reproduced by the Brazilian portal Gazeta Esportiva.
"To be able to play my third season here and reach 100 matches is a huge joy, especially when I stop to remember what I have already experienced at the club and the affection that the fans, the staff and my teammates have for me, and I for them," he continued.
"Today, I think I am at my best moment here at FC Porto, and perhaps in my career. I have been playing regularly, managing to help the team with good performances and I have also had the joy of returning to the national team, which was one of my main goals," he added.
