Simeone regrets waste and compares himself to Real: "Each shot is a goal"

Diego Simeone analyzed the match between Atlético Madrid and Borussia Dortmund. The coach valued the first hour of his team, although they lacked a bit more forcefulness in front of the goal, and regretted that in the end the rival almost tied. He reacted to the game through Movistar:
"All the matches of this round of the quarterfinals were balanced. All four. Borussia is a tough rival, thankfully. We had a great first half, we were superior. Until 60 or 70 minutes we had everything under control, we managed to increase the score, but they play well. They have good players and had chances. They have good players, they made it 2-1 and in the end they even managed to tie", he said.
"Borussia made offensive changes, very fast players entered the wing and began to generate more crosses. The variants gave them another step in the game. We went backwards. We couldn't make it 3-0, and the game was 2-1", he said.
About the effectiveness, Simeone gave examples. "We saw this in Real Madrid-Manchester City, which are two of the best teams left. Every time they are close to the goal it is a goal and that makes the difference", he concluded.
