"Watching Messi in MLS is like watching Michael Jordan play golf"
Jason Kelce argues that the American championship "is not at the same level" as other competitions played by the Argentine international.

The arrival of Lionel Messi at Inter Miami has made the United States of America look at football with different eyes. So much so that the Argentina international deserved, this Wednesday, an analysis by... Jason Kelce.
The NFL 'legend' participated in the 'New Heights' podcast, together with his brother, Travis (who recently won the Super Bowl, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs), when he said: "I'm not s***ting on MLS. I'm just saying it's not international soccer. When you think of soccer, there are amazing clubs, overseas".
"There's MLS, but then I look at the World Cup. That's all I'm saying. There's international soccer, and then there's everything else. I didn't say I don't watch MLS. I'm just saying it's not on that level", he said.
"Watching Messi play for Inter Miami is just not the same as watching him play for Barcelona, or watching him in the World Cup. That's all I'm saying, it's just not the same. Watching Michael Jordan play golf is not the same as watching him in a Chicago Bulls jersey", he continued.
"You're watching a guy on the biggest stage possible, with the best team ever assembled. This was the best player in the world, in the World Cup. That's different than watching Lionel Messi tear it up, in Kansas City, that's all", he concluded.
