Benfica contested in Faro: "There are minimums that fans should have"

Rui Águas did not hide, this Tuesday, his dissatisfaction with the way the main squad of Benfica was contested, last weekend, after the final whistle in the triumph conquered, at the Estádio de São Luís, against Farense, by 1 -3.
"Things have changed, comparing times. The demand is the same, but the aggressiveness is very different, it goes far beyond a protest, legitimate, of fans. One thing is whistling, which I did not like and bothered, another thing is this that we are talking about, that happened in the stadium and that I had never seen", he said.
"It is not a good representation of a club of this nature, with the history it has and that has always stood out for being different from others. Therefore, there is an obligation, based on what has happened, which is the minimum of attitude that fans should have", he added, on BTV.
The former Portuguese international assumed that "there are fans who are more aggressive than others", but stressed that Benfica "is a reference club", which "has always stood out for being different from the others": "Therefore, there is an obligation, based on what has happened, which is the minimum of attitude that fans should have".
