PSG visited and defeated Lorient (3-1), in a match of the 29th round of Ligue 1, and could celebrate winning the championship in the next few hours, if AS Monaco does not beat Lille... from Paulo Fonseca.

On an afternoon of great inspiration from Kylian Mbappé, it was Ousmane Dembélé who opened the scoring after 19 minutes, in an individual play in which he had time and space for everything.

Just three minutes later, Mbappé's goal appeared, albeit unintentionally. After a low cross from Nuno Mendes, the PSG number 7 gave a little backheel touch, apparently unintentionally, and fooled everyone.

At the start of the second half, Mbappé did his thing again, this time assisting. After nutmegging an opponent, the French star offered the goal to Dembelé, who just had to tap it in.

Lorient only woke up after conceding the third goal, managing to reduce the difference in the score in the 73rd minute, thanks to a lethal header from Bamba.

Before the final whistle, Mbappé set the final score with another goal to his personal tally, the 26th in Ligue 1.

All things considered, PSG now has 69 points and could be champion tonight, if AS Monaco does not manage to beat Lille at 8:00 pm.

Preview

PSG visits Lorient this Wednesday, with an eye... on the title celebration. The French team in which Nuno Mendes, Danilo Pereira, Vitinha and Gonçalo Ramos play can reclaim the title in this 29th round, but for that they need to win at Lorient's home ground and hope that AS Monaco does not score in their match against Paulo Fonseca's Lille, two hours later.

Therefore, there are plenty of reasons to pay close attention to what will happen on French soil throughout the night, with the match between Lorient and PSG scheduled for the end of the afternoon, from 6:00 pm.
