Marítimo pulled off an epic comeback against Feirense (3-2) this Saturday, in a match in which they were losing by two goals until about halfway through the second half, and ended up keeping their hopes of returning to Liga I alive. Lito Vidigal has already given up on the "saga" of draws in an attempt to escape relegation to Liga 3 and has complicated his life in Liga II. After a first half in which only Jocú's goal made the difference on the scoreboard, at 37 minutes, a smiling start to the second half followed for Shodipo, thanks to the 0-2 achieved at 57 minutes. However, the reaction of the "vulcano" of Barreiros would still end up appearing, "plotting" against Lito Vidigal on his return to the Madeiran stadium. Borukov took care of reducing the disadvantage to 68 minutes and, immediately afterwards, it was Rodrigo Borges who appeared in the right place to restore equality, at 72 minutes, giving the feeling that there could be room for a turnaround... which came to fruition. At 90+3', Bernardo Gomes took care of making the final 3-2, leaving the "Caldeirão" of Barreiros in a pure state of "madness". With this result, Marítimo remains in fourth position, with 57 points, two behind Nacional and AVS (both with one less match played) when there are only three rounds left for the Madeira lions.
