Pinto da Costa. "Today there is a change [emotional pause]. I do not want to fail to give a word of affection and gratitude to President Pinto da Costa, we do not forget the fantastic work that President Pinto da Costa dedicated to this club. We are ready to return to the union of the fans tomorrow."
Media disadvantage. “This bipolarization and the media coverage given to the two candidacies took away visibility from ours. We were the invisible list and had few opportunities to demonstrate our program. The discontent and divisionism in the associative mass led us to this, André Villas-Boas is our president and we will be here to contribute to the success of President Villas-Boas and that he is a champion as President Pinto da Costa has accustomed us to.”
