Pinto da Costa's list declares defeat: "Thank you all"

List A, entitled 'All for Porto', resorted, at the end of Sunday night, to social media to concede defeat to André Villas-Boas in the elections for the FC Porto social bodies, the most contested in the club's history.
"Thank you all for this journey. Thank you to all Porto fans for the exercise in democracy, for the demand and for continuing to elevate the name of FC Porto to the highest level", begins the note, after the candidate for vice-president, Vítor Baía, had congratulated his opponent in this suffrage.
"Thank you to our president for everything he has done and does for the club every day, for all the victories, for the historic moments, for the uncompromising defense of our values and identity and for making us what we are", he continues.
"The greatest happiness for the cycle that follows and for the next team, that they may continue to make this FC Porto the pride of us all", he completes.
