Fight for the title in red. FC Porto B plots Santa Clara and Nacional dreams
With three rounds to go until the end of the season, the Madeirans are only two points behind the Azoreans.

With just three rounds to go until the end of the current season, everything remains up for grabs in the fight for the II Liga championship title, following the 2-2 draw conceded this Sunday by Santa Clara, during their visit to FC Porto B.
The Azoreans were ahead twice, thanks to accurate shots by Bruno Almeida (converting a penalty) and Alisson Safira, at the 16th and 68th minutes, respectively. However, on both occasions, the Dragons reacted, through Wendel Silva and... Safira (an own goal).
Nacional made the most of this result, by visiting and defeating Belenenses, 1-3, following goals by Jesús Ramírez, Gustavo Silva and Rúben Macedo, all before the half-time whistle, which were answered by Midana Sambú.
After the math, Santa Clara remains the isolated leader of the second tier of Portuguese football, with 64 points. However, they now see the second-placed team, Nacional, just two points behind.
The team from Madeira can, moreover, gain the 'company' of AVS, who have 59 points, before travelling to Paços de Ferreira's ground, next Tuesday.
