FIFA threatens to leave Portugal and Morocco alone in the organization of the World Cup

According to information provided this Monday by the newspaper As, FIFA is following with particular attention what could be considered a case of political interference by Pedro Sánchez's government in the body that governs football in the neighbouring country, something that goes against the regulations.
FIFA, it should be remembered, will only formally approve the joint bid to host the planet's biggest football tournament for national teams at the Extraordinary Congress next December, and, according to the publication, there are those within it who believe that Portugal and Morocco could perfectly well remain alone in the planning.
The assistance of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay (countries that will host the opening matches) to what is the only bid to host the 2030 World Cup could, moreover, turn out to be considered fundamental, if it is decided to 'cross Spain off' the documents already submitted once and for all.
However, the risks do not end there, since UEFA itself is also not ruling out the possibility of sanctioning the country by removing its clubs and national teams from all the competitions it organises, such as, for example, the Champions League and the European Championship.
