Miguel Cardoso stars in Kayserispor's latest win

Miguel Cardoso was once again decisive in Turkey and, on Sunday, helped Kayserispor return to victories in the Turkish league, visiting Pendikspor (2-1), current second-to-last team in the league table.
In a match counting towards the 34th round of the league, the former Tondela player assisted in the duel that put an end to a series of six consecutive games without winning for the club where fellow Portuguese player Aylton Boa Morte also plays.
Pendikspor started the match better, taking the lead after just seven minutes, through Badou Ndiaye. However, the reaction of Burak Yilmaz's team was not long in coming and involved two Portuguese players.
Miguel Cardoso took a corner kick impeccably and Aylton Boa Morte headed it in for the equalizer (45+2'). Needing points to stay in the league, Pendikspor went looking for a goal, but it was Kayserispor who ended up turning the game around. At 56', Mehdi Bourabia, with a free kick just outside the area, set the final score.
With the win, Kayserispor now has 43 points and is in 11th place. Pendikspor, in turn, is in 19th place with 30 points.
