Klopp 'lashes out' at British TV: "I will never watch it again"
Liverpool coach asks TNT Sports to become a "football partner", not a "squeezer".

Jurgen Klopp took advantage of Friday's press conference ahead of the 'headliner' match of the 36th round of the Premier League, against Tottenham, to once again point the finger at the English football calendar.
This time, the Liverpool coach pointed the finger directly at British television station TNT Sports, which holds the rights to the competition, which he considers to be one of the main reasons why, for the first time in many years, English football does not have a single representative in the European finals.
"I had a conversation the other day with my favourite TV station, which I will obviously never watch again, TNT, and they always say 'Well, but they pay you, they give money to football'. That's not how it is," he began by saying.
"It is, in fact, the other way around. Football is what pays them. They broadcast it, but it's not like TNT isn't doing extremely well, or Sky or whoever. They can pay all of you," he continued.
"You have to become partners with football again, and not just in the juicer. That's what it is. It's a little bit of advice from an old man who's on his way out," he added, referring to the high number of matches that teams are subjected to in a short space of time.
