Tiago Tomàs sees Rúben Amorim in the Bundesliga: "He's ready"
Wolfsburg forward wishes "the best of luck" to Sporting coach.

Tiago Tomás gave an extensive interview to DAZN Portugal, in which he did not spare praise for Rúben Amorim, the coach who launched him into Sporting's main team, and who guided him until 2022, when he left for Germany.
"I think he has everything to make that next leap. I think he is ready, after the four seasons in which he demonstrated it, at Sporting, for the quality and for the leap that he managed to make Sporting take. Now, I don't know the team. I can't say the best option. Maybe he will also stay at Sporting, we don't know yet", he said.
"He will know what is best for his career. I just wish him the best of luck", added the Portuguese U-21 international, who plays for Wolfsburg, and who believes that the Bundesliga would also be a good option for the coach's future.
"I think so too. I think he would fit in well, because the teams here really like to press high and go man-to-man. He would adapt well to German football", he added.
In the same interview, the 21-year-old striker said he was "surprised", not by the "quality", but by the "consistency" that the green and white team managed to present, throughout a season that, he believes, will culminate in the title.
"That's what surprised me a little, because, in the last two years, sometimes there was a break at some moments. This year, they didn't have any break. It's not certain yet, but I think it's a well-deserved title for them", he added.
