Santa Clara sinks Belenenses even more and secures (already) promotion playoff

Santa Clara beat Belenenses, 2-0, this Friday, in the Azores, and secured a place in the playoff for access to the I League. However, it is most likely that they will secure direct promotion, in what remains of the championship.
Two goals in the second half by the Azoreans, first by Diogo Calila (ex-player of Belenenses and B SAD), at 54', and Bruno Almeida, at 63 minutes, made the difference in the score.
With this result, Santa Clara reaches 67 points, ten more than the fourth-placed Marítimo. Thus, it is in the top three, it remains to be seen in which place.
Belenenses, in turn, is closer to relegation, a year after returning to professional championships. With 26 points, in the penultimate place, they have one less than the point than the 16th and five less than the 15th place.
