FC Porto's basketball team took a giant step towards the semi-finals of the championship playoff on Friday night, by winning at home against Imortal (90-71).
In a game at the Dragão Arena that took place under the watchful eye of André Villas-Boas, the new president of FC Porto, the team from Albufeira started the game well, but the Porto team showed all their quality and were winning 47-32 at half-time.
The performance of the team from Invicta dropped after half-time, but the victory did not escape the men led by Fernando Sá.
The next match between FC Porto and Imortal will take place next Monday, 13 May, in Albufeira (19:00). In the event of a victory, the Porto team will go through to the semi-finals of the playoff.
