FC Porto's Vice-President was Galp's CEO. Here are the names of the new board

FC Porto sent to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) the composition of the Board of Directors of the SAD portista, to be presented at the General Meeting of the SAD, on May 28th. Only on that date will the new administration of the sports company be elected.
André Villas-Boas, winner of the elections - dethroned the historic Pinto da Costa - will be the chairman of the Board of Directors "with the right to veto in the deliberations". But there is another element with executive powers. Pereira da Costa will be an executive director.
Carlos Gomes da Silva, former CEO of Galp, considered several times CEO of the year in Portugal, will be the vice-president. Ana Teresa Lehman, former Secretary of State for Industry, and Maria do Rosário Moreira will be non-executive directors.
This means that the SAD portista goes from nine to six directors. António Tavares is proposed as chairman of the General Meeting of the SAD, Jorge Basto (secretary) and Susana Furtado de Mendonça (deputy). The Fiscal Council will be led by Angelino Ferreira, while Carlos Freitas dos Santos and Maria de Fátima Gomes will be members.
In turn, the Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Óscar João Atanázio Afonso. Nuno Alexandre Ferreira Pereira Alves and Pedro Rocha e Silva will be members.

In the statement to the CMVM, it is confirmed that António Tavares, chairman of the club's MAG, will be proposed by the AG of the SAD. As for the Remuneration Committee, it will be chaired by Óscar João Atanázio Afonso, with the members being Pedro Rocha e Silva and Nuno Alexandre Ferreira Pereira Alves.
