Pedro Gonçalves and Nuno Santos were present on Tuesday morning on the program 'As Três da Manhã' on Rádio Renascença, where they took the opportunity to reveal some details about the title party, Rúben Amorim's demands and even Frederico Varandas' work, who has recently been criticized for having encouraged the team to "destroy" FC Porto in the final of the Portuguese Cup, in order to achieve the 'double'.

Pote revealed that Morita was the first to leave the party for the 20th national championship title because "his daughter could not be left alone", leading Nuno Santos to intervene by saying that, conversely, it was precisely his colleague who was the last to leave the celebrations: "Pote depends on what he drinks". Pedro Gonçalves reacted and admitted that "at Christmas he was much worse".

Shortly after, Pote was challenged to talk about Rúben Amorim's demands, stating "we have a coach who is very annoying", with a smile, and was immediately alerted by Nuno Santos: "Look, he is listening".

In the final stretch of the conversation, Frederico Varandas' words about the Clássico in Jamor ended up being the subject, leading the two players to defend their president.

"He is pulling for his side. It was a private dinner and the truth is that he just tried to convey the image of what he would like to happen. In football it is like that", said Pote.

"There are things that are said in these dinners and that it is normal to stay there. The president did not mean it badly, but putting this on video was a mistake. They must say the same thing in the FC Porto dressing room. I don't think it was easy to get him out of there. He is doing a good job. I hope he continues because we also like him a lot", concluded Nuno Santos.
