Pedro Gonçalves elected the midfielder of the month in the I League

The Portugal League announced, in the form of a statement issued through its official platforms at the end of the morning this Tuesday, that Pedro Gonçalves was elected the best midfielder to play in the main echelon of national football, in April.
The Portuguese international sees, in this way, recognized what was an (almost) 'immaculate' month, in which he helped Sporting to win four victories and a draw (against FC Porto) after five rounds, contributing to this with a total of two goals and as many assists.
The 25-year-old player collected 25% of the votes from the coaches who play in the I League, which allowed him to overcome the competition, not only from David Simão, from Arouca (with 12.5%), but also from his teammate, Morten Hjulmand (with 11.81%).
Pote follows, in the list of winners, João Neves, from Benfica, who, in the vote for March, left behind... precisely the same opponents.
