FC Porto player claims Segunda Liga prize: "I played volleyball..."
Wendel Silva argues that he should have been elected forward of the month, and not Chuchu Ramírez.

Wendel Silva took to social media early Tuesday afternoon to show his outrage at the fact that Chuchu Ramírez, a Nacional player, was elected forward of the month in the second tier of national football.
"I played volleyball," wrote the FC Porto B-team player, recalling that he scored four goals and was elected man of the match three times in the four games in which he was used by coach António Folha, against Académico de Viseu, Oliveirense, AVS and Santa Clara.
The player from the islands, on the other hand, was a bet by Tiago Margarido, precisely on the same number of occasions, against AVS, Paços de Ferreira, Benfica B and Belenenses, but only managed two accurate shots.
A record that was still enough to collect 25.49% of the votes from the coaches in the II Liga, which allowed him to overcome the competition, not only from Wendel Silva (with 17.65%), but also from Bryan Rochez, from União de Leiria (with 10.46%).
