"Sérgio Conceição fits in AC Milan. He is similar to Sacchi and Capello"

Sérgio Conceição renewed his contract with FC Porto until 2028, last April, two days before the club's presidential elections, but it is not certain that he will remain at Dragão next season, not only because of the change in management - with André Villas-Boas taking over from Pinto da Costa -, but also because of the interest that the Portuguese coach generates in all transfer windows. Alessandro Costacurta approves Conceição's move to AC Milan.
"I believe he has had a very important and positive career. For me, he would be a great candidate for the best clubs in Europe. If you ask me if he can measure up to AC Milan, I am absolutely convinced that he can. He has the right characteristics and would certainly be one of the best choices. At least to my liking," he began by saying, in statements to the newspaper O Jogo, in the printed edition of this Wednesday.
"I do not reject that there are other names mentioned, but I really believe that Sérgio, among those who are being heard, is the one who will best fit on the AC Milan bench. Because of his strong character, because he is a very categorical coach in leadership. I see in him characteristics that the AC Milan fan found in Sacchi and Capello," he added.
"Sérgio Conceição would be very tactically brave and fierce in reading the games and studying the opponent. Just remember how FC Porto's games with Arsenal went. He has already made a great figure in front of budgets much higher than FC Porto's," he added.
