Premier League clubs to vote on scrapping VAR
Theme will be discussed at the annual meeting, which will take place in June.

Premier League clubs will vote on whether to scrap VAR from 2024/25 at their annual general meeting next month amid growing controversy over its use in English football this season.
The proposal was made public on Wednesday by Wolves, who released a statement via their official channels that stopped short of apportioning "blame" but said: "After five seasons of VAR in the Premier League, we believe it is right to take stock, conduct a full review and debate its future openly and honestly".
"Our position is that the price of VAR is ultimately too high for the marginal gains it delivers on accuracy and it is, therefore, our view that VAR should be removed from the Premier League from the 2024/25 season onwards," it read.
The Premier League confirmed it will "hold a discussion on VAR with clubs" but stressed it "fully supports the use" of the technology and "the improvements" it has brought.
The 20 clubs will meet in Harrogate, with the proposal requiring a two-thirds majority to be passed.
