The 27-year-old American volleyball player extended her contract with the dragons until 2025, in a renewal that was sponsored by Mário Santos, the dragons' new director of sports.
"This is the first of, I hope, some renewals of athletes of this quality and it is the first step of a path that we want to maintain, the path of victories for FC Porto. It is a great sign, a guarantee that we will enter the field to win the fifth and confirm FC Porto's hegemony in volleyball", stressed the Porto leader.
"It was an unimaginable season, we were delighted with winning the title and I am looking forward to repeating it next year. I am really excited, FC Porto is already my home away from home and I have never felt as comfortable in another club as I do now. The season that ended was fun, challenging and fantastic. It was good to reap the rewards of teamwork and achieve the main goal", said, in turn, the American Lauren Page.
The dragons, who are four-time women's volleyball champions, had already renewed, in recent times, the contracts of Eliana Durão, Victória Alves, Ana Rui Monteiro and Janaína Vieira.
