Rui Costa should reassure the fans? Roger Schmidt's answer

The German, who was questioned a lot about his continuity at Benfica, preferred not to answer the question, claiming he was not the right person.
"To be honest, I'm not the right person to talk about this subject. I don't know what is written by the media and what others say. It's true that we have had difficult moments this season in our stadium, everyone has seen that. But there have also been others, such as last season when we lost to Inter, FC Porto and Chaves in which we had a similar moment. It's part of our task here at Benfica", Schmidt began by saying.
"We have to win because the fans always want us to be able to win, but we have also shown our capacity to meet those expectations. The best way to avoid these situations is to win and that's what we want to do, score goals and win titles. We did our best, it wasn't enough. We were close in all competitions, but next season we will try to do better", he continued.
