Champion is not exempt from sanction. Sporting fined for pyrotechnics

The Disciplinary Council (CD) of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) released, this Thursday, the punishment map of the matches referring to the penultimate round of the I League, with emphasis on the fines applied in Estoril-Sporting, in which the lions - already national champions - won in Amoreira (0-1).
The "use of explosive or pyrotechnic devices" earned a fine of 3,190 euros to the Alvalade emblem, which were added to the 128 euros due to the yellow card shown to Sebastián Coates.
The canaries were penalized in 1,050 euros due to the pyrotechnics, in addition to the 840 euros following the expulsion of assistant coach Bernardo Pinto for having shouted "Play the ball, you son of a b****", something that also earned him a suspension game. Vinícius Zanocelo (57 euros) and Fabrício Andrade (29 euros) also did not escape the fines for 'fault' of the yellow cards.
