Napkin that changed Messi's life sold for almost a million euros

The famous napkin that changed the course of Lionel Messi's life on December 14, 2000, was officially sold this Friday by the British auction house Bonhams for an amount in the order of 762,400 pounds (890,224 euros).
The piece of paper contains handwritten, what was the beginning of the agreement reached between the one who was, at the time, the agent of the Argentine international Horacio Gaggioli, an intermediary, Josep Maria Minguella, and also the then sports director of Barcelona, Carles Rexach.
The trio met at a tennis club and 'cooked' the understanding that allowed the then 13-year-old striker to leave Newell's Old Boys, the club where he completed his training, for the Catalan team, where he would project himself into world football.
The bidding value of the object (which has been in the possession of Horacio Gaggioli for the last 23 and a half years) was 300,000 pounds (350,304 thousand euros). However, the interest it aroused was such that the amount 'shot up' to more than double.
