Cristiano Ronaldo 'infected' Dalot: "He was completely obsessed"
Manchester United full-back admits 'life experience' with compatriot has changed his 'routines'

Diogo Dalot gave an extensive interview to Manchester United's official platforms this Friday, in which he confessed that he was 'infected' by the months in which he had the opportunity to share a dressing room with Cristiano Ronaldo at Old Trafford.
"I had the life experience of working with someone who was completely obsessed. Spending so much time with him, it passed on to me. Now, it's just something that's simply part of me. I think I created this routine where I have to take some time, every day, to recover and work on the physical and mental parts", he said.
"Now, it's a whole routine. I simply try to work on recovery, nutrition, all sorts of things that make my body feel ready to play. In the end, our bodies are our tools, what we use to play football", he continued.
"I try to recover as quickly as possible, when the games come one after the other. Mentally, of course, it's been a difficult season. And, when things don't go well, at this club, everything is bigger. Whether you're winning or losing, everything is bigger, so you really need to be mentally prepared to deal with all this pressure", he added.
