Sporting wins attendance award. Benfica leads in absolute terms
Sporting registered the best average occupancy rate in the last four rounds.

The Liga Portugal announced this Friday that Sporting won the most recent Attendance Award, referring to the games played between the 29th and 32nd rounds of the I Liga, in recognition of the clubs that reach the highest percentage of capacity in home games.
With an average occupancy rate of 94.87% in the referred period, with the triumphs against Benfica (2-1) and Vitória SC (3-0), last April, the Alvalade emblem gathered a total of 95,658 spectators and thus surpassed Farense (92.18%) and Famalicão (81.91%).
Despite Sporting's double in the award that comes every four rounds, Benfica still leads in absolute terms, with a rate of 87.53% in the 17 home games, followed by the Lions (78.90%, something that may still increase) and Farense (76.98%).
