Trincão sees no harm in Varandas' speech: "Doesn't FC Porto say the same?"

Francisco Trincão and Franco Israel were the guests of the comedian Pedro Teixeira da Mota, in the most recent episode of the podcast 'watch.tm', where they addressed some of the most memorable moments of Sporting's journey to the national championship title.
A discussion in which the reference to the speech by the president of the lions, Frederico Varandas, at the celebration dinner could not be missed, where he asked the players to "burst" with FC Porto, in the final of the Portuguese Cup. Words that, in the opinion of the Portuguese international, do not have any kind of malice.
"It's normal... Don't they say the same?", he said, before pointing to the victory, precisely, over the dragons, by 2-0, as the most decisive moment: "It was very important, even more so because we lost to Vitória, in the previous game. There, I thought 'This season, we believe'".
The Uruguayan goalkeeper, on the other hand, assumed that he only had this feeling after the triumph won at the reception to Benfica, by 2-1, thanks to two goals from Geny Catamo, the second of which was already in the 'discounts': "It was after the derby. It was a very difficult game".
