Not this time, Arsenal. Manchester City win unprecedented quadruple

Manchester City made Premier League history as they were crowned champions for the fourth time in a row on Sunday after beating West Ham 3-1 to achieve something unprecedented in English football. In the other title-related match, Arsenal - who still needed the team of Portuguese players Bernardo Silva, Matheus Nunes and Rúben Dias to lose - beat Everton at the death (2-1).
Playing for two results, the English champions wasted no time in taking the lead, as with only 78 seconds on the clock, Phil Foden scored a wonder goal that sent the Etihad into raptures, with an assist from Bernardo Silva. Later, on 18 minutes, following a pass from Doku, the forward who was voted the best in this edition of the Premier League showed how it's done and made it 2-0.
It's true that Kudus also scored a wonder goal on 42 minutes, with an overhead kick that will go down in history, but Rodri appeared in the right place, just before the hour mark, to make it 3-1 in Manchester, with another assist from Bernardo Silva.
In London, Arsenal, with Fábio Vieira on the bench, saw Everton open the scoring on 40 minutes, with a shot from Gueye, but the reaction came straight away, through Tomiyasu (43'). On 89 minutes, Kai Havertz scored the winning goal, but there was nothing left to do in terms of the title race.
With these results, Manchester City finish the championship back on the throne, with 91 points, while Arsenal - who once again fought until the last breath for the title - finished with 89 points in second place, seven ahead of Liverpool, who said goodbye to Jurgen Klopp.
