Cristiano Ronaldo continues to make history with new presence in a European
A 39-year-old Portuguese ace will represent the national team in a European Championship for the sixth time, the most ever in football history.

Cristiano Ronaldo is preparing to increase the record he set and increase to six his appearances in the European Championships. After 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020, here is the Portuguese ace from Al Nassr who will also be present in the 2024 edition, in Germany, being included in the list of 26 called up this Tuesday by national coach Roberto Martínez.
In addition to being the top scorer (14) in the final stages of the Europeans, and being the player with the most games played (60), CR7 also continues to make history at 39 years old, leaving behind even more established names such as Lothar Matthäus, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Peter Schmeichel, Gianluigi Buffon or Bastian Schweinsteiger, all of them with four European Championships.
Note, also, that Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the four players who already know what it is like to win the European title, in addition to Rui Patrício, Danilo Pereira and Pepe.
