Pep Guardiola did not hide, this Saturday, his dissatisfaction with the fact that 'his' Manchester City had left defeated from the clash against Manchester United, at Wembley Stadium, in the FA Cup final, by 2-1.
"We lost the game. Congratulations to Manchester United. It was a close game. It can happen. There were many things... In the end, they scored two goals and we couldn't score more", began by stating the Spaniard, in the quick interview area of the British television station BBC Sport.
The citizens coach defended, even so, that the red devils were not the "best team" on the field, and took advantage to leave a message to the next players: "Congratulations for a fantastic season".
"In the second half, we were always there. Manchester United is always a transition team. In the first half, we had some difficulties, but in the second, we were better. Overall, it was a good performance for a final", he completed.
