Villas-Boas hints at Conceição's departure: "Thanks for what you did"

André Villas-Boas, president of FC Porto, spoke this Monday on the sidelines of the presentation of the 20th Portuguese Cup trophy to the FC Porto Museum. In his words to the journalists present, the leader of the blue and whites, albeit between the lines, hinted that Sérgio Conceição will be leaving the technical command.
"A moment of great emotion in the presence of Mr. Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa, this museum reflects the greatness of FC Porto but also everything you have given, what we have achieved and what Porto means to all of us. I started to have memories of FC Porto since I was eight years old and they are linked to you. It is a weight of responsibility to lead this club to a safe harbor, of sustainability, success, and if possible to as many victories as you have led. It is a responsibility and demand for me, to lead this club on the path of victories, towards sustainability and also, if possible, of the so much glory that you left here", began by saying Villas-Boas.
"Regarding the Cup won, I congratulate the entire technical team, medical team, support teams, logistics, kit room... Congratulations on this Cup won. We equaled Benfica in the number of titles, so I hope that the Super Cup, on August 3rd, will also bring us this overtaking and that FC Porto will once again be the club with the most titles at national level because that is the direction we want", continued the Porto leader.
"Congratulations to everyone, may you continue to honor and dignify the FC Porto jersey, which is what we all want most, and a final word to mister Sérgio Conceição for seven wonderful years of titles and a special thank you to you and thank you very much on behalf of FC Porto for everything you have done for the club", he concluded.
