Argentinean female footballers leave national team due to lack of conditions
Footballers Laurina Oliveros, Julieta Cruz and Lorena Benítez left the Argentina national team training camp on Monday, with harsh accusations of lack of conditions by the Federation (AFA), the same as the men's world champions.

The three players left the training camp, which was taking place in view of the friendly matches with Costa Rica (on Friday and June 3) and justified their decision through statements on social media.
"We have reached a point where we are tired of injustices, of not being valued, of not being heard and, worse, of being humiliated. We need to improve in the women's team, I am not talking about finances. I am talking about training, about having lunch, breakfast", justified Julieta Cruz.
Lorena Benítez also regretted the conditions and explained that between training sessions they only received a sandwich with cheese and ham and a banana, which is absolutely inadequate for high-performance athletes.
As a justification from the federation, they received the indication that "there is no money", after also informing them that they would not be entitled to any payment due to the fact that the games would be held in Buenos Aires.
The player added that the AFA asked the families for the value of the tickets to watch the games.
The decision of the three footballers was shortly afterwards supported by Estefanía Banini, a footballer for Atlético de Madrid, considered the best Argentine player ever and who gave up the national team last year.
"A matter of time. Thank you for having the courage to talk about this", said Banini.
