FC Porto makes 'heart from guts' in Ovar and faces Benfica in the final

Benfica's opponent in the national basketball championship final has been found. FC Porto had to sweat, but managed to push Ovarense away, on Tuesday afternoon, winning 77-74 in the fourth game of the semi-final.
Needing only one win to qualify for the discussion of the national champion title, the team led by Fernando Sá made their task very difficult in Ovar, going into half-time losing 41-35.
However, the half-time break seems to have done the dragons good. FC Porto's reaction was not long in coming and at the end of the third quarter the match was tied (52-52). Everything was going to be decided in the last 12 minutes of the match.
The fourth and final quarter was very balanced, but FC Porto was stronger than their opponent and ended up winning the tie with a set of three wins against only one from Ovarense.
Now follows an intense duel between Benfica and FC Porto for the title of national basketball champion. The first game between the rivals is scheduled for June 5 (7 pm).
