Here comes a new Classic. FC Porto will play the Cup final with Sporting

Less than three hours after seeing rivals and champions Sporting advance to the handball Portuguese Cup final, FC Porto didn't want to be left behind and 'dispatched' Póvoa AC, this Saturday, with a 39-30 in the second game of the final four played in Viseu, so there will be a 'Clássico' this Sunday to decide the competition's winner.
One week after having faltered in the fight for the national championship title (won precisely by the 'lions'), the 'dragons' entered stronger and went into the break winning by 20-14, a difference that grew to nine goals in the second half (19-16), with the final 39-30.
This way, FC Porto and Sporting will once again promote a new 'Clássico' in handball, this time in the fight for the Portuguese Cup, which was won by Sporting in the two previous editions. The duel is scheduled for 5:30 pm this Sunday, also in Viseu.
