The week begins with changes in fuel prices, which are going in opposite directions: diesel is getting cheaper, while gasoline may even get more expensive.
On Friday, forecasts pointed to a 2.5 cent drop in the case of diesel and a one cent increase in the case of gasoline, a source from the sector told Notícias ao Minuto.
These forecasts emerged at a time when simple diesel was costing, on average, €1.629/liter, while simple 95 gasoline was costing €1.810/liter.
This, according to the average prices released by the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG), which "are calculated based on the prices reported by gas stations, weighted with the quantities sold in the last known period, incorporating the discounts practiced at gas stations such as fleet cards and others".

Finally, you must select the municipality you want to consult, as well as the type of fuel.
