Autoeuropa workers vote on two-year pre-agreement
Autoeuropa workers vote today and Wednesday on the management's proposal to maintain the pre-labor agreement for the next three years that they had rejected on April 3, but now valid for only two years.

The proposal by the management of the Volkswagen car factory in Palmela, in the district of Setúbal, maintains all the benefits that were provided for in the pre-agreement, including salary increases of 6.8% in 2024 and a minimum increase of 2.6% in 2025, or 0.6% above the average inflation of the previous year.
The proposal that will be voted on in the referendum also provides for an annual performance bonus, which, according to the Workers' Committee (CT), could provide, on average, more than 2,500 euros to each worker, and a one-off bonus to be awarded in 2025, equivalent to one month's salary, for the launch of the new T-Roc hybrid model, which will be produced from next year at Autoeuropa.
On 3 April, 3,932 workers (57.7%) rejected the pre-employment agreement and only 1,645 (41.8%) voted in favour of the document for the next three years.
