Have you heard of an undivided inheritance? Do you know what it consists of? According to the Tax Authority (AT), it is the "set of assets, rights or legal relationships that make up the assets left by the deceased, and that have not yet been divided among the heirs".
"Until the shares are made, the inheritance remains as an undivided whole in which each heir has, not a specific part, but a fraction of the property", says the AT in a publication shared on the social network Instagram.
And the head of the household?
According to the Tax Authority, "it is the person who administers the inheritance until its liquidation and distribution".
