Stellantis revenue drops 12% to €41.7 billion in Q1
Stellantis' turnover fell 12% until March this year, to 41.7 billion euros, compared to the same period last year, mainly due to a 10% drop in sales, the car manufacturer announced today.

The auto giant delivered 1.335 million vehicles (down 10%), but the drop in turnover was also influenced by the exchange rate effect and changes in its model range, Stellantis said in a statement.
This year, the auto group will launch 25 totally new or renewed models, including 18 electric versions, with 21 yet to be launched on the market.
This situation creates a transition period between sales of old models and the arrival of new models at dealerships, the statement said.
"We are in a transition period as we launch new products on the market. We will see a significant improvement in results in the second half of the year," the group's financial director, Natalie Knight, told reporters.
Stellantis also reported that electric vehicle sales increased by 8% in the first quarter, while low-emission vehicle sales rose by 13% year-on-year.
In addition, market share in its two main markets, Europe and North America, remained stable, as did the net price of its products.
In South America, the group continues to be the market leader with a 23.4% share, the statement said.
