PSI down with EDP and Jerónimo Martins leading the losses
The Lisbon stock exchange traded lower today, with EDP and Jerónimo Martins shares losing 2.96% to 3.73 euros and 2.45% to 19.88 euros.

Around 09:20 in Lisbon, the PSI maintained the opening trend and fell 0.81% to 6,856.09 points, with nine 'stocks' falling, five rising and two maintaining their price (Ibersol at 7.04 euros and Sonae at 0.98 euros).
EDP and Jerónimo Martins shares were followed by EDP Renováveis, Corticeira Amorim and Navigator, which fell 1.92% to 14.33 euros, 1.54% to 9.58 euros and 0.59% to 4.37 euros.
CTT, REN and BCP shares fell 0.23% to 4.36 euros, 0.21% to 2.33 euros and 0.15% to 0.34 euros.
Greenvolt shares lost 0.12% to 8.31 euros.
On the other hand, NOS, Mota-Engil and Semapa shares rose 1.20% to 3.38 euros, 0.63% to 4.12 euros and 0.37% to 16.26 euros.
Also on the rise, Altri and Galp shares both rose 0.18% to 5.44 euros and 19.98 euros, respectively.
The main European stock exchanges today had different trends, on a day of transition, without relevant macroeconomic references, while investors are already waiting for the release of inflation figures for the eurozone and the USA.
Wall Street closed mixed, although the main indicator, the Dow Jones Industrials, recorded its eighth session of gains.
Meanwhile, the futures of the main Wall Street indicators are currently in positive territory, awaiting the inflation data, which will be released on Wednesday and whose trend "is particularly important for assessing the Federal Reserve's (Fed) room for manoeuvre in its monetary policies", according to analysts at Renta4 quoted by Efe.
In the debt market, the interest rate on the 10-year German bond, considered the safest in Europe, fell to 2.505%, against 2.516% on Friday.
The barrel of Brent oil for delivery in July opened today in decline, trading at 82.67 dollars on the Intercontinental Exchange Futures (ICE) in London, against 82.79 dollars on Friday.
In terms of exchange rates, the euro opened higher on the Frankfurt exchange market, trading at 1.0779 dollars, against 1.0771 dollars in the previous session.
