Housing. 'Rent to sublet' will have 78 houses allocated by June
The arrendar para subarrendar program currently has 33 houses with a sublease contract, with the allocation of another 24 units planned for this month and another 22 in June, for a total of 78.

"At this time, and according to data from IHRU [Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation], the program has made 104 homes available, through a competition", said an official source from the Ministry of Infrastructure.
The rent-to-sublet program was one of the measures included in the More Housing package with the aim of increasing the number of homes on the rental market.
Through this program, the State proposes to rent vacant homes from private individuals and then sublet them, with tax benefits for the income from the rent paid to the owner if the contract has a duration of not less than five years and the rent is in accordance with the prices and types provided for in the Affordable Rent Support Program (PAA).
