CMVM determines that Immediate Intal cannot operate in Portugal
The Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) has determined that the entity Immediate Intal is not legally authorized to carry out its financial intermediation activity in Portugal.

A Immediate Intal owns the websites (https://immediateintal.net/pt-pt/), (https://immediateintalai.com/pt-pt/) and (https://immediateintal360.com/pt-pt/).
The CMVM also warns that the said entity is not legally authorized to carry out advertising or customer prospecting aimed at concluding financial intermediation contracts.
The entities that offer investment services in financial instruments, authorized to operate in Portugal, are included in the lists of authorized entities on the CMVM website.
