The deadline for the payment of the first installment of the municipal property tax (IMI) ends on May 31st. Did you not receive the payment slip, as usual? In this article, we explain how to consult the data to pay IMI.
"The deadline for the payment of the first installment of IMI ends on May 31st. Even those who have not yet received the payment slip with the data to make the tax payment at their address or by email must pay by the end of the month", recalls DECO PROteste.
What to do?
You can obtain the payment data through the Tax Portal. Start by logging in. Then, click on 'Services' > 'Municipal Property Tax' > 'Consult Payment Slips' > '2023'.
"If the tax amount is less than 100 euros, this is the only IMI payment of the year. If the annual amount to be paid is more than 100 euros, you must pay the second installment in November. To obtain the payment data for other installments, the process is the same. On the other hand, if the annual tax amount to be paid is more than 500 euros, the payment is divided into three installments, and you must pay the other two installments in August and November", also notes DECO PROteste.
